Return Exchange and Damage Policy

For merchandise:
All sales are final unless item is damaged in transit. To be eligible for a return, your item must have received damage during transit. The item should be returned in the condition received.
To complete your return, we require a photo of the damaged item/packaging and proof of purchase or receipt. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
For returns and exchanges:
Before sending anything back, drop us an e-mail using the contact form on the website and we can work with you to figure out the best way to set up your return and provide you with what you need.
For services, coaching packages and gift certificates:
All sales are final.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
* If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
* Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
* If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jenz@embrace-amazing.com.
Shipping exchanged items:
We will send you an email with instructions on how to return your item.
You will be responsible for paying additional shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item.
To make sure we receive your returned item/s, consider using a shipping service with a tracking number or purchase shipping insurance.
